Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be fair while keeping events running smoothly.

Cancellations made more than 5 business days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
The remaining 50% will be held as a credit that can be applied toward a future event within 6 months.
Cancellations within 5 business days of the event are non-refundable. No credits or transfers are available at that point, as preparations and venue costs are already committed.

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else—just let us know in advance.

Our services are in high demand, and your session time is reserved just for you.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible.
There is no penalty for cancellation, but courtesy matters.
Your advance notice allows us to offer the spot to someone else who may urgently need support.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in limited future booking access.
